Creativity, innovation and mathematical confidence shone brightly in 4th Class C this term as students designed and created fantastic mathematical Bee-Bot board games. First, Ms. Ryan’s class brushed up on their coding skills using the Bee-Bots. Working in pairs, the students then planned and designed colourful, imaginative and mathematically challenging board games. Once the creations were complete, the fun really began! Everyone had the opportunity to explore and play each other’s games. Students rolled the dice and carefully coded their Bee-Bot to navigate the course, all while solving mathematical problems and calculating answers along the way. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to develop their problem-solving, teamwork, coding, and mathematical skills while also having lots of fun and games in class.
