We are trying to get a Green Schools Flag this year. A lady from An Taisce visited the school last Wednesday and spoke to the children about how we could reduce the amount of waste that the school produces. A committee has been set up and they are encouraging everyone in school to be more aware of recycling and reusing as much as possible. We carried out lessons last week during our Green Schools Week. Hopefully you’ll all be able to see a green flag flying outside our beautiful new school before the end of this school year:)
