In 1st Class B we have been learning about recount writing.
We started our writing process by reading examples of recount writing and coming up with criteria for this genre.
We then went to the yard to blow bubbles, which gave us a focus for our writing.
Back in the classroom, we planned our writing and wrote a first draft.
Finally, we used our edited drafts to write our final recount.
